#1 - Establishing KPIs - KPIs, or Key Performance Indicators, are specific measurements that are quantifiable and appropriate for your specific goals. We research and determine what types of key performance indicators are relevant to your business, and track these findings. To be useful, KPIs need to be monitored and reported on. We customize KPIs for your company, ensure they are actionable, and evolve your KPIs to fit the changing needs of your business.

 

#2 - Tracking and measuring success - You may have heard the famous quote by Jack Welch: “If it isn’t measured, it cannot be managed.” Tracking and managing your company success can not only bring you a sense of satisfaction after all the hard work you’ve put in, but it’s critical to the success of your entire mission. There are several ways we track success, including analyzing financial statements, measuring customer satisfaction, tracking new customer acquisition, conducting employee performance reviews, and more.

 

#3 - Implementing accountability structure - An accountability structure is the organizational framework that depicts the different groups within the business. It includes an outline of the roles and responsibilities of each group or department. We assist in establishing an accountability structure by providing clarity around roles and responsibilities, as well as decision making and authority. We also organize the work to improve effectiveness and efficiency. In addition, we outline an organized work-flow. And finally, we communicate so that we can see what a cradle to career partnership looks like.

 

#4 - Defining business processes - A business process is a set of activities and tasks that, once completed, will accomplish an organizational goal. A process requires a series of actions to achieve a certain objective. There are certain steps to all business processes, and we help your company define them. These steps include the following: goal setting, implementing strategies, setting actions, testing and implementing the processes, and lastly monitoring and repeating them once they’ve achieved the set goals.


#5 - Defining business goals and how to achieve them - Most people fail to achieve their goals because they have a flawed process, set unattainably high expectations, or because they set goals that do not inspire them. You may have heard of SMART (specific, measurable, achievable, relevant and timely) goals. Setting SMART goals is important because they help you save time and energy by making the process of goal setting more efficient and productive. We help you define your company's goals and implement the best possible plan to achieve those goals.
